1. INTRODUCTION

This Software License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("Licensee") and HL Gaming Official ("Licensor", “HLGO”, “we”, “us”), governing your use of any software products, APIs, code libraries, documentation, and digital assets made available through https://hlgamingofficial.com, including all subdomains, repositories, or mirrors controlled by HL Gaming Official.

This includes (but is not limited to):

Public code libraries
Embedded UI tools
Data scraping modules
Moderation APIs

Front-end or back-end components

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using any portion of the software, you agree to abide by the terms set forth below.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

2.1 All content, source code, visual design, software logic, and documentation made available through HL Gaming Official are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of HL Gaming Official.

2.2 No ownership or transfer of intellectual property rights is granted under this Agreement. Licensee is granted only a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the software as described herein.

3. LICENSE GRANT

3.2 This license does not allow resale, repackaging, or hosting of HLGO software or APIs through third-party platforms.

4. RESTRICTIONS

Licensee shall not:

Re-host our endpoints or APIs without express written authorization.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY

Any access to private endpoints, unreleased code, or admin panels is considered confidential. You agree not to disclose or misuse such resources and to report any vulnerabilities responsibly.

6. NO WARRANTY

All software and services are provided “AS IS”. HL Gaming Official makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use at your own risk.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HL Gaming Official shall not be held liable for any damages, including:

Data loss
Downtime
Security breaches
Legal claims
Or other consequential, special, or incidental damages

resulting from your use or misuse of our tools or content.

8. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. HLGO may terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms, without notice. Upon termination, you must immediately discontinue use and delete all local or hosted copies of HLGO software or data.

9.1 Authorized Use:

Use in paid subscriptions or monetized apps without approval;
